Steps:

First, measure two 28cm long rubber bands with a ruler, cut them with scissors, then mark the distance from each rubber band to the head 1cm with a pen, then cut four rubber bands 1mm long to make binding strips, and fold the steel wire in half to make a "8-character set".

2. First, put the tie rod of 1mm on the figure of 8, and then insert the long rubber band into the triangle formed by the figure of 8 and the tie rod.
