Is postal remittance a universal postal service?

Postal remittance service is one of the traditional postal services, which plays an important role in meeting the capital needs of residents in remote rural areas and promoting regional social and economic development. Postal remittance is a universal postal service. The first paragraph of Article 15 of the Postal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) clearly stipulates: "Postal enterprises shall provide universal postal services for letters, printed matter with a single weight not exceeding five kilograms, parcels with a single weight not exceeding ten kilograms and postal remittances." Postal enterprises must strictly abide by laws and regulations under the supervision of the postal administration department of the State Council, and set up postal remittance services in the business premises that provide universal postal services to provide postal remittance services for all users in China.
