High-speed stirring granulation method

High-speed stirring granulation can be mixed, kneaded and granulated in a container. Compared with traditional extrusion granulation, it has the advantages of saving working procedures and simple and fast operation. However, from the GMP point of view, it also has its limitations. It is necessary to transfer the prepared wet particles from the stirring container to the dryer for drying. These processes increase the chances of drugs coming into contact with people and things, and it is time-consuming to deal with the residues adhering to the container wall and stirring blades, and may lead to the chance of particles being contaminated. In order to overcome the shortcomings of high-speed stirring granulator without drying equipment, a stirring granulator with drying function was recently developed. That is, hot air is introduced into the bottom hole of the stirring granulator. After the granulation operation was completed with stirring, hot air was introduced from the bottom hole and dried with stirring.
