Seats in business occasions are arranged in accordance with international practice, and the basic principles are: high on the right and low on the left, high in front and low after, and higher in the middle than on both sides. Business occasions we often meet are: business talks, business negotiations, business banquets, etc.

Business banquets can be divided into Chinese banquets and western banquets.

But at present, the right is higher than the left, so when arranging foreign-related meetings, it can be arranged in accordance with international practice. A name tag should be placed in front of the table of each seat, which is convenient for the audience and journalists to identify and familiarize themselves with the relevant personnel. The seats on the rostrum should not be too crowded, and no flowers should be placed on the table. It is convenient for members of the presidium to open documents, take notes and put tea, glasses and pen and ink.

After many meetings, participants need to take a group photo as a souvenir. In this way, another problem is encountered, which is the ranking of group photos. There are many problems to be considered in the ranking of group photos, such as the convenience of shooting, the size of the venue, the number of people, the height, foreign guests and other factors. When taking a group photo, under normal circumstances, you can stand; You can also arrange for people in the front row to sit, and people in the back row to step and stand. Government affairs meetings usually don't arrange for the participants to squat for a group photo. In addition, the ranking of domestic and foreign group photos is different. The ranking principle of international practice is that the host is in the middle, the guest of honor is on the right of the host, and the guests on both sides line up in turn.
