The overall layout of Guang Zhouta Guang Zhouta fully considers the surrounding environment of the site. Because the east side of the site is a residential area, the main tower is arranged on the north side of the site, close to the Pearl River and binjiang road, which reduces the interaction between its high mass and surrounding buildings, and forms a complete green square and underground space on the south side. The main tower is surrounded by irregular large-scale overhead platforms. The gentle slope in the south extends southward to the green square, and it crosses the binjiang road in the north. Through the transition of green steps, it forms a hydrophilic platform with the Pearl River, seamlessly connecting the riverside landscape belt and expanding the green area of the square. Along the top of the tower, there is an outer frame tube ring beam with steel mesh, and there is also a 16 sightseeing ball cabin. The height of 360 can overlook Guangzhou and even the Pearl River Delta.

Tower

Guang Zhouta consists of reinforced concrete core tube, steel structure outer frame tube and composite floor connecting them. The height of the core tube is 454m, * *112 [30], and the standard height is 5.2m There are 37 floors in total, and the rest are hollow buildings with 2 floors underground. The 37th floor is divided into five functional areas A ~ E along the height of the tower. The total construction area is 12 1788 square meters. The outer frame tube of steel structure mesh is composed of 24 concrete-filled steel tube inclined columns, 46 groups of ring beams and steel tube inclined braces, with the highest elevation of 462.70m·m, and the antenna pole composed of steel lattice and box section is 146 m high, with the highest standard of 600 m. The steel consumption of the outer frame tube is more than 40,000 tons, and the total steel consumption is about 60,000 tons. As a landmark building in Guangzhou, it stands on the south bank of the Pearl River. It is the tallest tower mast building in China, and has been built as the first in the world.

The Guang Zhouta is a single building, and the main tower is a towering structure, with almost equal height on all sides and oval plane. The final design scheme of the tower in Guangzhou is an oval gradually changing grid structure, and its shape, space and structure are generated by two upward rotating oval steel shells, one on the foundation plane and the other on the imaginary 450-meter-high plane. The two ellipses twist each other 135 degrees, and the two ellipses contract at the waist. The air leakage cavity of the tower can effectively reduce the weight and wind load of the tower. The tower adopts first-class seismic design, which can resist 7.8-degree earthquake and 12-degree typhoon, and its design service life exceeds 100 years.

The external steel structure system of Guang Zhouta consists of 24 columns, braces and rings, and the columns are arranged in a ring with equal spacing.

Guang Zhouta varies in size from bottom to top. Among them, the diameter of the bottom ellipse is about 60 m× 80 m, and the aspect ratio is 7.5; The smallest ellipse in the middle has a diameter of about 30 meters and an aspect ratio of 7.3. The diameter of the upper ellipse is about 40.5m× 54m. 24 columns are equally spaced and coordinated.

The whole Guang Zhouta consists of a large number of reticular air leakage cavities and a special transparent glass air leakage window, which is twisted by two ellipsoids. The external steel structure system consists of 24 columns, braces and rings. [ 12]

Through the comparison of different scales, Guangzhou Tata sets off the overall facade image. Because of the material difference between concrete core tube and steel structure outer frame tube in Guang Zhouta, the settlement of floor beam and outer frame tube is inconsistent. In order to adjust the correctness of the relative position between steel members and the main structure, many nodes control the accuracy of the relative position of steel columns through three-dimensional coordinates.

Energy conservation and environmental protection

Through the application and implementation of durable and sustainable building technology, Guang Zhouta has achieved good results in energy saving, land saving, material saving and water saving. The ratio of underground space construction area to construction area is 69%, which saves land resources. The annual output of photovoltaic system is estimated to be 12660 kWh. In order to meet the needs of steel structure installation and positioning, a spatial survey datum network is constructed. The spatial survey reference network consists of five spatial points and one ground point.

Comprehensive safety protection and isolation technology

The installation of steel structure in Guang Zhouta belongs to ultra-high altitude operation. Because of discontinuous floors, it is necessary to carry out ultra-high altitude suspension operation. The risk of injury caused by falling objects increases with the increase of height. A safe operation system consisting of vertical ladder, horizontal passage, boundary fence, operation platform and anti-falling isolation facilities is formulated.

Pre-deformation technology of special-shaped steel structure

Because Guang Zhouta has the structural characteristics of deflection and torsion, in the construction process, the structure will not only produce compression deformation, uneven settlement, but also produce large horizontal deformation, so pre-deformation control must be carried out, otherwise, even if the initial installation position is accurate, under the subsequent load, it will also produce large cumulative deformation, which will make the node deviate from the original design position. The pre-deformation scheme of step-by-step adjustment and circle-by-circle reset is formulated to compensate the deformation of steel structure under constant load.

Landscape facilities

Guang Zhouta Restaurant is located at Guang Zhouta 106. The 423-meter-high Xuan Ji Mediterranean Cafeteria is the highest revolving restaurant in the world, which can accommodate 130~ 150 people. It has been verified by the Guinness Book of World Records 20 14, and was rated as "the tallest revolving restaurant in the building". The restaurant is designed as an oval ring, which rotates about 100 minutes, just taking a dining cycle as the rotation cycle, so as to ensure that guests at all locations can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Guangzhou in all directions.
