Preparation materials, white paper, waste DVD, pencil, double-sided tape, colored crepe paper, scissors.

Step 1: Put the DVD on white paper, draw a circle, fold the paper in half, cut out half of the painted lanterns and draw a line, as shown below.

The next step is to cut out the lantern pattern on the prepared crepe paper. It would be nice if you could put a circle on it. You can cut off a part. At least it doesn't matter).

Third, according to the other half of the drawings, stick double-sided tape (not too wide) on A 1, A2, A3 and A4 of the first label paper.

The second is posted on the first sheet, and the double-sided adhesive tape is attached to B 1, B2 and B3 of the second crepe paper.
