@ @ @ @ How does meniscus tear need to be treated? How long does it take to recover? Can you return to the same state as before after the operation?

The first is conservative therapy, physical therapy or something, and the effect is not good.

The second is arthroscopic surgery, usually meniscus suture and resection. After sewing, it can be as good as before, but it can only be stitched if the injury is light. Remove it if it is heavy. I guess you should be careful when doing strenuous exercise.

Surgery is generally recommended to exercise at least half a year later.

It's been almost half a year since the suture operation, and it still hurts to go upstairs and downstairs. The doctor advised me to take exercise after a year. Of course, I don't have an MRI now, and I don't know if there is any suture, because the doctor said at that time that there was only a 50% chance of recovery. Now the doctor has agreed, but I don't really believe it, because sometimes it will still get stuck.
