The first is conservative therapy, physical therapy or something, and the effect is not good.

The second is arthroscopic surgery, usually meniscus suture and resection. After sewing, it can be as good as before, but it can only be stitched if the injury is light. Remove it if it is heavy. I guess you should be careful when doing strenuous exercise.

Surgery is generally recommended to exercise at least half a year later.
