Yangming Xin Xue

In the first year (1506), 34-year-old Wang Yangming offended eunuch Liu Jin by writing a letter to save Dai. , was sentenced to 40 years by the court, relegated to Guizhou Longchang (seventy miles northwest of Guiyang, xiuwen county) Ren Yi. Longchang Mountain is thin, Miao and Liao live together, and there is no culture. After Wang Yangming realized Taoism in Longchang on 1508, he continued to give lectures to his disciples, and was guided by the book "Heaven shows disciples in Longchang".

In this dogma, Wang Yangming said: The philosophers follow each other, which is very prosperous here. I'm afraid I can't help you, so I'll tell you four things to answer the question. One day; Second, study hard; Third, change; Fourth, complain about others. Listen carefully and don't ignore it!

Today's scholars seem to be drifting away from diligence.

"Learning" is now more understood as knowledge-knowledge, auditory knowledge and skill knowledge. Reciting an article, reading a news and reading a novel can all be called learning, but this kind of learning is nothing else. Besides knowledge, what is more important is our understanding of virtue. The life formula written by kazuo inamori in Living Law: Life = mode of thinking × enthusiasm × ability. The minimum value of enthusiasm and ability is zero, but the mode of thinking can be positive or negative. The learning of virtue mentioned by the ancients is also this way of thinking-what is right when people are born?

Take the study of the ancients as an example. The purpose of most people studying is to be an official in the imperial examination. But being an official is just a career process in life. The purpose behind it is that some people want to be famous, some people want to get rich, some people want to benefit the people, and some people want to make the country and the people safe ... Different purposes will have different results. Of course, this purpose may also change with time, which is the certainty of determination. Similarly, officials who have learned a lot of knowledge may become corrupt officials regardless of the lives of the people in order to make a name for themselves or get rich, but what really cares for the people is often praised by reputation and history. Our virtue, the initial intention of doing things is very important, it will determine the result of our life, so virtue is fundamental.

Of course, virtue is not enough without knowledge. For example, we want to start a business and be an enterprise that serves the society and the people. This initial intention is very good. But if we don't do enough market research, enough market data and know nothing about entrepreneurial knowledge, it will be difficult to become a good enterprise. With this initial heart, this root, we must constantly water it, and through the accumulation of knowledge and experience, we will produce branches and leaves.

Well-informed refers to the knowledge we learn every day, which is obtained through the accumulation of experience; The knowledge of virtue refers to the fundamental understanding of things, which is obtained through reflection and understanding. The knowledge of virtue teaches us how to be a man, and the knowledge of knowledge teaches us how to do things. People and things are naturally inseparable. Just like a tree, virtue is the root, knowledge is the branches and leaves, and the roots and leaves support each other to form a complete tree. Respecting morality and Taoism are also a whole-a complete "learning"

"Diligence" is one of our traditional cultures in China, but now more and more people run counter to it, and human laziness has become a business opportunity for some people. We often make various excuses for our laziness. We can't get up when it's cold. It is easy for us to get sleepy when the weather is hot. When we get up early, we easily doze off. When we go to bed early, we can't sleep. Even if we go to bed early and get up early, we can find thousands of reasons to perfunctory ourselves.

Some people look diligent and their circle of friends is full of positive energy. Do they get up early to punch in, read books and punch in, or do they really do it for themselves? I can't help but think of what Confucius said: "Ancient scholars are for themselves, and today's scholars are human beings". Some people are diligent for a while, fishing for three days and drying their nets for two days, but they don't know that the deceased is like a husband, and they don't give up day and night. No matter what they do, perseverance is the right way.

Diligence means always learning, growing and cultivating yourself.

How can we be diligent? Determined first, determined to know, diligent in learning, naturally learning through various channels, naturally not forgetting, not encouraging. First, we should know what we are right as human beings and what kind of people we want to be. For example, what kind of children should we be as children in society? Then learn how to be such a child; What kind of parents should we be as parents? Then learn how to be such a parent; As employees, what kind of employees should we be, and then learn how to be such employees. Although we are one person, we have many roles. Think about what we are as different roles, what is the goal of each role, set a goal for each role, and then learn how to achieve the goal firmly.

Accumulate your own knowledge through knowledge and experience, find yourself through knowledge, and constantly improve yourself in the process of reflection. This is a lifelong growth process, which is never too old to learn.

Diligence is not limited to books, nor can it be separated from books, nor can it be separated from classics handed down from generation to generation. Learn knowledge from classics, reflect on yourself, apply it to real life, and constantly expand yourself. Study hard, start from a classic and turn a new page for our brilliant life.

Mr. Wang Yangming's little disciple hopes that the Saint Sect will flourish and everyone can have a happy heart.
