Five tools of quality management system

APQP (Advanced Product Quality and Control Plan) is the product quality advanced planning and control plan, which is a manual made by AIAG (American Automobile Industry Action Group) to make product design and development more standardized and operable, and how to control product design and development. APQP product design and development mode will greatly improve the quality of overclocking design and development.

AQPQ is widely used in automobile industry at home and abroad, and it is also an essential knowledge system for quality managers.

The biggest contribution of APQP is that it provides a structured method for your design and development to determine and ensure that products will satisfy customers. The goal of APQP product design and development is to promote communication among designers to ensure that all required steps can be completed on time.

When APQP is mainly used for new product development or product change, a series of plans need to be made according to the contents of the manual. A complete APQP plan includes 5 stages and 49 stages, and the output of the previous stage is the input of the next stage.
