42-style Tai Ji Chuan's breathing in every movement.

Taijiquan 42 (1~5) Movement and Breathing

-Take a deep breath and move slowly

First, the momentum.

A, breathe in with your left foot, step to the left, and b, exhale with your left foot.

C inhale, lift your arms forward, exhale, bend your knees, and press your hands on the ground.

Second, take the tail right.

A. Inhale: Swing the tip of your right foot outward and turn right 450.

Turn right again, lift your left foot and hold the ball in your right hand.

B, exhale, turn left and lunge with your left foot.

C. Inhale, lift your right foot and hold the ball with your left hand.

D, exhale, turn right, lunge, and open your right hand on your right foot.

E. Inhale, turn right and hold hands.

Sit down and touch after exhaling.

F, breathe in, turn right and join hands.

Exhale lunge compression (right foot front arch, two palms front compression)

G. Sit your feet well after inhaling, and extend your right palm forward (the left palm is attached to the inside of the right palm).

Turn right and draw a flat circle (the left palm is attached to the inside of the right palm)

Exhale the right foot button, turn left on the upper body and bend the elbow (the left palm is attached to the inside of the right palm).

Retract your left foot, the toes of your left foot touch the ground, and the palms stand upright and press outward.

Note: 5 breaths 5 breaths means that A is 1 breath and B is 1 breath;

C is/kloc-0 per breath, and d is/kloc-0 per breath.

E is 1 time, 1 time.

F is 1 time, 1 time.

G is 1 time, 1 time.

Third, the left single whip

Inhale the right hook and turn left on the upper body.

B, exhale and continue to turn left, and step on the left front with your left foot (due east).

Push the palm with the left lunge (the left foot bends forward, the right heel rolls outward, and the left palm pushes forward)

Fourth, the handle

A. inhale and turn right. Exhale and stomp.

C, inhale, turn left, D, exhale, turn right, cross your hands and imagine the pace.

Five, the white crane bright wings

A.inhale and turn left. Exhale and stomp.

C, inhale, turn right, D, exhale, and light up your hands with imaginary steps.
