Can you fry oil cakes in oat noodles?
Yóu flour is flour processed from naked oats, which is the general name of naked oats pasta in northern Shanxi, southeastern Inner Mongolia and northwestern Hebei.
Oil cotton contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin and other nutrients and drugs needed by human body. Oil cotton contains a special substance-linoleic acid, which has obvious effect on human metabolism.
Fried oil cake practice:
1: First, pour in 300g of flour, 1 egg, 1 spoon of sugar, 3g of salt and 3g of yeast, stir well, then pour in100ml of warm milk, and stir until the batter shines. Pour some cooking oil on the batter, continue to stir well, and cover with a layer.
2. Spread a little more flour on the chopping board, put the fermented batter on it, arrange it in a long strip without kneading, and cut it into small doses of the same size.
3: flatten each small dose, cut 3-4 knives in the middle with a knife, and don't cut off both ends.
4: Pour the cooking oil into the pot, and when the oil temperature is 50% to 60% hot, add the flour embryo and fry it. Don't turn it over as soon as you get out of the pot, turn it over when it floats, and fry it slowly until golden.
