How to make rice tofu?
Preparation materials of rice tofu: rice flour, green pepper, chopped green onion, shredded pork, Chili oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar and sesame oil.
1. Boil a pot of hot water, pour the rice noodles into the basin, add water and stir until it becomes thin. The water is boiling. Turn it down. Pour the rice noodles into the pot and stir.
2. Just stir-fry until it changes color and put it on a plate to cool.
3. Heat the pan and pour in the right amount of oil. Add shredded pork, chopped green onion and green pepper, reduce the heat, add Chili oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil and continue to stir fry. Then put it in a small bowl.
4. After the rice tofu is cooled, change the knife and cut into pieces, and pour the fried juice on the rice tofu, and you're done.
