Shaolin Chain Fist is one of the traditional Chinese martial arts. Preparatory
Standing side by side with two feet, chest and abdomen, shoulder and head, two hands naturally hanging down on both sides of the body, eyes in front.
Key points: the body is loose and quiet, breathing naturally.
Starting
Open the left foot, shoulder width apart, clasp the hands at the waist, turn the head to the left and look at the left front.
Points: hold the fist with the center up, open the left foot, hold the fist, turn the head at the same time.
1. Horse stance
Cross the left foot into a horse stance, the left hand across the frame, looking at the left front.
2. Lunge and punch
Turn the left body into a left lunge, punch the right fist, hold the left fist at the waist and look at the left front.
Points: turn around and twist the waist, stir the legs, and the force is sent to the waist.
3. Cross leg punch
Lift the right knee and kick the leg, punch the left fist, and hold the right fist at the waist. Look ahead.
Points: The leg punch should be fast and powerful. The force reaches the surface of the fist and the foot.
4. Horse stance
The right leg falls in front of the horse stance. Hold the left fist back to the waist, twist the waist to punch the right fist, the center of the fist down. Eyes on the right front.
Points: the movement should be coordinated, punch to be powerful.
5. Smash fist
Retreat the right foot into a crouching step, smash the right fist. The left hand is a palm, palm up. The right hand is a fist with the center of the fist up. Look ahead.
Key points: turn around sensitively, loose shoulders and arms, punch powerful, force to the fist.
6. Step change punch
Jump to the right and turn 180 degrees, into a horse stance. Punch the left fist.
Point: Do not jump more than 10 centimeters high.
7. Step up and push the palm
Step up to the right into a right lunge. First push the right palm, the left palm held at the waist. Then push the left palm and hold the right palm at the waist.
Points: push the palm for the willow leaf palm, fingertips up, little thumb in front. The force reaches the edge of the palm, coordinated, the action should be fast and fierce.
8. Servant step hook hand
The left hand backward hand into a hook hand, the right hand to the left chest, the upper body to turn 90 degrees, the left leg squatting, the right leg straight into the right servant step.
Points: turn around and squat quickly, body slightly forward.
9. Lunge Push Palm
Shift the center of gravity forward into a right lunge, the right palm from the left shoulder forward into a hook hand, the left hand forward into a palm push, look at the right front.
Main point: sink the shoulders and drop the elbows, and stir the legs, the force reaches the edge of the palm.
10. Frame hit the palm
Play the left leg The right hand shoots the left foot, drop the foot in a horse stance, hands to the left waist. Then the right hand upward frame hit, push the left palm.
Point: Bouncing the leg, turning the waist, fighting and pushing the palm should have the power to fight, and the movement is fast and coherent.
11. Jumping step and turn to punch
Change step and turn around, and at the same time swing the right arm to smash the left fist, landing into a horse stance. Then turn around and punch with a left lunge.
Points: the action should be fast and consistent, one breath.
12. Lunge double punch
Start with both hands and hit, shock the right foot, step left into a horse stance, turn around and double punch.
The main point: turn the waist to send the force quickly and fiercely, the force reaches the fist Lun.
13. Bow-step elbow
Kick the right leg, single tap foot, drop step bow-step elbow.
Points: kick the leg quickly to the surface of the foot, the top of the elbow to the tip of the elbow.
14. false step frame fight
Turn to the left and insert the palm. Left fist to the right to block the face, right fist to the right turn to block the crotch. Swing the right fist.
Points: turn around and twist the waist, coordinated. The back foot of the false step is hard, and the front foot is pointing to the ground.
The left foot to the right foot and stand side by side, double fist back to the waist. Look at the left front.
