How to pronounce dumplings in English
Dumplings in English: dumpling, Chinese dumplings, Jiaozi.
Dumpling is pronounced: English [d?mpl?], American [d?mpl?].
Foreigners call dumpling any food that is "stuffed with dough", such as dumplings, buns, wontons, and so on. So if you say dumpling, foreigners won't be able to tell what kind of food you're talking about. But if you say "Chinese dumplings", foreigners will know it means Chinese dumplings.
