Photogrammetry Characteristics

Photogrammetry is the use of sound, light, electricity and other remote sensing technology equipment (cameras, scanners, radar) to measure the object to be measured, generating pictures or audio-visual data. It is generally recognized as "photo - measurement". Features: no contact with the target, from the two-dimensional image of the target to obtain three-dimensional information, positioning accuracy (generally so); processing process is complex, need to go through the internal orientation, relative orientation, absolute orientation; access to a variety of products: 4D products; image intuitive, easy to manually discriminate; but the photography will inevitably have a single photograph of the scope of the limitations of the close-up in the 100-meter level, aerial flight of the kilometers, the resolution is different, but the resolution is generally higher than the remote sensing. Generally, it is higher than remote sensing.
