Professor Liu Yuli has deeply studied the traditional culture and contemporary values of China, especially the pre-Qin Confucian ethics and contemporary western virtue ethics (represented by Confucian Ethics: the Unity of Rules and Virtue, published by China Social Sciences Press 20 1 1).

He has profound and original opinions on psychology and ethics (the representative work "Mentality is Destiny: Talking about Traditional Life Wisdom", published by World Knowledge Press on 20 10).

Invited to make academic reports or visits to Hull University, National University of Singapore, Simon University, Japan Graduate School of Policy Studies, Yale University, Harvard University, etc. And gave a speech and discussion on "China traditional culture and its contemporary value".
