The practice of northeast stupid sorbet
350ml of milk, appropriate amount of honey beans, eggs 1 piece, 30g of sugar, and lotus root starch 15g.
working methods
1. Put the milk, lotus root starch, sugar and egg yolk in a bowl and mix well.
2. Pour the stirred milk into a small pot and heat it. When boiling bubbles appear, immediately turn to low heat. The smaller the better, cook until the liquid thickens, stirring constantly in the middle to prevent the pot from being burnt.
3. Continue stirring for about 1 min to make the milk slightly sticky, and turn off the fire.
4. First put a few honey beans in the mold, pour the prepared milk into the popsicle mold, and add some honey beans in the middle. Cover the mold and put it in the freezer for more than 5 hours.
When eating, wash it with water or leave it at room temperature for a minute or two, and the popsicle can be easily taken out.
