Tongbei Boxing (Tongbei Boxing) is one of the boxing methods in northern China, which emphasizes the use of the back or arm of an ape, so it is also called Tongbei Boxing. Tongbei Boxing has a long history and is widely spread in the traditional martial arts of the Han nationality. Through-back boxing focuses on practicality, not routines but tricks. Compared with general boxing, Tongbei Boxing has more hand types. Through back boxing mainly includes single swing palm, double cover palm, lead palm, clap palm and so on.
Wrist shaking and wrist shaking are the main means to practice wrist shaking. Through these two, the wrist is shaken vividly and vigorously. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), Tongbei Boxing was listed as a national Wushu performance and competition. In 20 14, it was approved by the State Council to be included in the fourth batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

Techniques include throwing, patting, stabbing, splitting and drilling. Fist hanging boxing mainly includes hook arm, swing palm, Sao palm, point palm, close palm, middle palm, jump fist, stand fist and middle fist.
The strength of Tongbei Boxing is mainly based on the cross of "reducing softness and dexterity, brittle and hard when cold". Its routines include small chain, big chain, boxing, five-horse running trough, six-way master, twelve-link boxing and so on. Legs are mainly black hair, weighing seven inches, and legs are low. The body shape requires the top of the head, neck collar, front empty, back solid, empty chest, concave belly, shoulder, arm length and living wrist. Boxing posture requires a bow, an arrow in the hand, a screw in the waist and a drill in the foot.
