What are the benefits of promoting the use of clean energy?

Clean energy, also known as green energy, has a narrow sense and a broad sense.

Clean energy in a narrow sense refers to renewable energy, such as hydropower, biomass energy, solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, ocean energy and so on. These energy sources can be replenished after consumption, with little pollution.

In a broad sense, clean energy includes selecting energy sources with little or no pollution to the ecological environment during energy production and consumption, such as natural gas, clean coal (coal is converted into gas or "coal" oil through chemical reaction and converted into electricity through high-tech strict control of combustion) and nuclear energy.

Its advantages are no pollution or less pollution, regeneration and high efficiency.
