The rights and obligations of party b with intransitive verbs

3. 5. After signing the contract, when Party B uses the labor force, under the same conditions, Party A's local labor force will be given priority.
Seven. Other agreements
1. This construction project shall be approved by the county development and reform commission and approved by the county-level departments of commerce, animal husbandry, land, planning, construction and forestry.
2. During the lease period, both parties shall obey and cooperate in case of land requisition or land adjustment planned by the government at the next higher level. In this case, neither party should ask the other party to bear the liability for breach of contract. The land compensation fees paid by relevant departments shall be controlled and distributed by Party A, but the compensation fees for buildings, facilities and equipment invested by Party B on the leased land shall be owned by Party B. Party A has the obligation to coordinate and implement the new leased land for Party B's relocation.
3. After the termination or expiration of this lease agreement, Party B shall clean up and recover the leased land, and then return the leased land to Party A; If the cleaning and reclamation work is completed by Party A, Party B shall bear the relevant reclamation expenses reasonably. The relevant reclamation expenses and land rent during the reclamation period shall be negotiated and confirmed in writing by both parties at the beginning of the reclamation work.
Eight. responsibility for breach of contract
1. Party A shall sign a power of attorney with the villagers to ensure that the rights and interests of Party B will not be damaged by the defects of Party A's lease right. If the overdue period is over days, Party B shall bear the penalty of% of the total contract price, and Party B has the right to terminate the contract.
2. Party A shall truthfully provide relevant land documents and villagers' identity certificates, and shall not issue false certificates. If Party B suffers losses due to non-performance, Party A shall refund the rent and compensate Party B for the losses caused by Party A's breach of contract.
3. Party B shall pay the rent on time. If the rent is not paid within the time limit, Party A has the right to require it to bear the daily unpaid portion? If the liquidated damages are overdue for one month, Party B shall demand payment in writing. If there is no reply within 15 days after Party B receives the written notice, Party A has the right to terminate the contract.
Nine. Dispute mediation
Any dispute arising from the conclusion, entry into force, modification, alteration or dissolution of this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation. If negotiation fails, it shall be settled in the following ways:
1, submitted to Leqiao Town People's Government for mediation.
2. Bring a lawsuit to a people's court with jurisdiction.
X. Conditions for entry into force
Party A and Party B agree that this contract will come into effect after being signed by both parties, and both parties can apply for visas at Leqiao Town Government and put them on record at Leqiao Town Rural Collective Land Contract Management Agency.
XI。 other terms
1. For matters not covered in this contract, both parties can sign a supplementary agreement after consultation. This supplementary agreement, after being signed by both parties, has the same legal effect as this contract.
2. After this contract comes into effect, Party A shall not change or terminate this contract due to the change of the undertaker or responsible person, nor shall it change or terminate this contract due to the division or merger of collective economic organizations.
3. This contract is in quintuplicate, each party holds one copy, and the government visa authority, filing unit and Leqiao Town Notary Office hold one copy.
