Why can't a girlfriend scream?

Girlfriends don't call themselves husband or honey-or mother-in-law. No matter what, I won't call her, because my feelings are not in place and I haven't accepted it from the heart. Such a woman is outspoken, kind-hearted, better than a sweet-talking girl, insincere in talking to people, and hypocritical in meeting people, so even if she can't call her now, she will be hypocritical.
