Before the official establishment of the Chinese ****productivist Party in July 1921, ****productivists everywhere successively established the Socialist Youth League (abbreviated as S?Y) in the process of establishing the Party's early organization, the ****productivist group.

On May 5, 1922, the First National Congress of the Chinese ****anist Youth League opened in Guangzhou. This congress adopted the program, constitution and some other resolutions of the Chinese Socialist Youth League.

On the program of the league adopted by the congress, it was determined that the Chinese Socialist Youth League was an organization of the young proletariat in China, and an organization to fight for the liberation of the proletariat. From then on, the League, under the leadership of the Party, actively united and educated the youth into the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal struggle.?

When the Third National Congress of the Socialist Youth League of China was held in January 1925, in order to meet the climax of the Revolution, to make clear the political proposition of our Party - the realization of ****analism in China, and to indicate that our League was a revolutionary youth organization fighting for the interests of the proletariat, the Congress decided to change its name to the ****analist Youth League of China.?

In November 1936, the Central Committee of the C****, in order to meet the need to establish a united front of the anti-Japanese nation and to unite the youth from all walks of life more widely in the struggle for anti-Japanese salvation, decided to revamp the ****anist Youth League and to set up a variety of anti-Japanese salvation youth organizations.

In September 1946, the Central Committee of the C**** proposed the establishment of youth league organizations on a trial basis in the light of the new situation of the People's Liberation War and in order to meet the progressive demands of the vast number of youth activists.

With the development of the victory of the liberation war and the success of the trial construction of the youth league, on the eve of the liberation of the whole country, in January 1949, the Central Committee of the C*** formally promulgated the Resolution on the Establishment of China's New-Democratic Youth League, and began the work of universally re-establishing the youth league throughout the country.?

In May 1957, the New Democratic Youth League convened its third national congress, at a time when, given the fact that the New Democratic Revolution had long since been completed in the vast majority of the country, and that the socialist revolution had achieved a decisive victory. "In order to inherit and carry forward the glorious tradition of the youth movement in China, the National Congress of the League after the renaming of the League and the successive National Congresses of the Socialist Youth League of China, the ****productivist Youth League of China, and the Chinese New Democracy Youth League of China should be connected and arranged in sequence, and the next National Congress of the Youth League of China should be organized according to the order of the National Congress of the Youth League of China. The next National Congress of the League should be named the Ninth National Congress of the China****ist Youth League." ?
