Why is the teacher the subject as well as the object of course evaluation?

Evaluation is a means of promoting the development of students, teachers and schools, which determines that students are both the object and subject of evaluation.

In the evaluation process, students should be active participants in a series of evaluations rather than passive participants in a series of examinations. Teachers, schools and students' assessment of students ultimately works through students' self-evaluation. In the past, teachers were often the judges or "referees" of students' development and learning, and the results of teacher evaluations had absolute authority.
