Practice of braised pork in Dingzhou

Raw materials: fine yam, vermicelli, yam starch, minced meat, eggs, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion, refined salt, pepper, cooking wine, thirteen spices, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, lard and salad oil.

Method:

1. Soak yam vermicelli in warm water.

2. Pour into a boiling water pot, cook until soft, remove and drain;

3. Stir-fry minced meat with a little salad oil, Jiang Mo and chopped green onion, and shovel out for later use.

4. Put the yam powder into the pot, add the eggs and season with salt, pepper, cooking wine, thirteen spices, sugar, chicken essence and monosodium glutamate.

5. Add the fried minced meat and yam powder, stir well, then pour into the plate and pour a little lard.

6. Steam in a cage for about half an hour, then take it out and let it cool. ?
