How does Premiere make a video with a loop?

1. Open pr, click the right mouse button in the blank space of the project panel, select Import, import video material, and drag the video to the track of v 1.

2. Right-click in the blank space of the project panel, select New Project-Adjust Layer, and then click OK.

3. Drag the adjustment layer to the v3 track and modify the length.

4. Enter "circle" in the search bar of the effect panel and drag it to the adjustment layer (video effect-generation -Circle).

5. Select the adjustment layer, open its "Effect Control" panel and find "Circle".

Modify the Radius value (that is, the size of the circle) to an appropriate size.
