What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?

Breathing is different.

Pilates is done through the nose, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, whereas yoga is done through the nose breathing in and out, and the intensity of the movement is different between the two.

Pilates moves will be more intense, however yoga works more on our flexibility so it's not as intense.
