Practice of Wenzhou Osmanthus Jelly
Filter the prepared flour into an iron plate to make sure it is fine. Then scrape the flour flat with a scraper. Ingredients: 200g glutinous rice flour, 0/50g sugar120g osmanthus petals, and 0/20g water.
