What are the eight major cuisines

The eight major Chinese cuisines are: Lu Cuisine, Sichuan Cuisine, Cantonese Cuisine, Su Cuisine, Zhejiang Cuisine, Fujian Cuisine, Hunan Cuisine and Hui Cuisine.
