What is the name of the smoked building of Pu 'er tea? First floor.

Blue apartment-brothel

The world black tea originated in China. In the middle and late Ming Dynasty (about AD 1568), Jiang, the ancestor of Zhengshantang, founded black tea, which created the source of black tea in the world and was recognized as the originator of black tea. Later, it spread to the world, and black tea crossed the ocean and became a world famous tea. Due to the prosperity of black tea, it has gradually developed into an afternoon tea fashion that affects the lives of the world.

Many people all over the world have drunk zhengshan race, but few people know and have been to its birthplace. East longitude 1 17, north latitude 27, Tongmuguan, the northernmost Tongmuguan village in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, is located at the junction of Fujian and Jiangxi, with an average elevation of 1200m, which is shrouded in fog all the year round. This is the only origin of the Masayama race.

This place belongs to Wuyishan National Park, and it needs local people to lead it. Only after reporting can it pass the checkpoint.

Tea hill is full of lush vegetation and bamboo, so tea trees are irregularly hidden under bamboo. They grow freely and are rarely disturbed. Everything comes from the earth and nature.

Wuyishan is wet and rainy all year round, especially in Mutong village, which is located in the core of the rift valley. Every year, the tea-making season of Mu Tong people is also a rainy season.

Therefore, the tea people here can better understand the meaning of "looking up to heaven to make tea" and why smoking should be used in the brothel to complete two particularly important processes in the traditional craftsmanship of Zhengshan people: withering and drying.

In Mu Tong Village, you will find wooden structures, attic shapes and staggered terraces, either standing in the village or hidden in the tea hills. Because it is specially used for withering and drying tea leaves, the locals commonly call it "brothel", which is what we call withering building.

"Brothel" is a primary workshop for making Zhengshan small black tea, which is mainly used for drying, withering, baking and storage. There are three and a half floors above and below the brothel. Except for the ground floor, each floor is more than one person high.

There are furnace rooms, fire pits and flues on the bottom floor, which are used for loose burning, heat transfer and smoke exhaust.

The first floor is a curing barn, and the round bamboo curtain for holding tea leaves is obliquely inserted on the grill on the top floor for fumigation and baking;

The second floor is a buffer layer, which adjusts the temperature of the "brothel" by opening and closing the wooden door;

On the third floor is the withering room, where tea leaves are evenly spread on bamboo mats to dry and wither.

Moreover, there is a pile of masson pine firewood in front of the brothel, because in the process of making tea, pine will not only burn in the baking process, but also wilt at first, so the traditional Zhengshan small black tea can taste a faint pine smoke fragrance.

Now, because Mu Tong is Wuyishan National Park, the local Pinus massoniana can't be cut down. Therefore, these masson pines used in Mu Tong are all purchased from outside and shipped back, and they can only be purchased after going through all relevant procedures.

Smoked when withering, spread out to dry, smoked several times more, the fragrance of pine smoke can enter the bone marrow of tea.

It is in this brothel that the unique smoky smell of Zhengshan traditional race is completed, so the brewed tea soup is sweet and refreshing with pine smoke and longan flavor.

As a wooden attic building, the design and construction of "brothel" embodies the wisdom of ancestors, and then absorbs the improvement suggestions of tea expert Zhang Tianfu, and upgrades the "brothel".

Tea baking is changed from open fire to dark fire, and fire pits and flues are added to allow heat to be sent indoors through tunnels for baking. This traditional tea workshop not only eliminates the fire hazard, flexibly adjusts the withering and drying, but also makes full use of the heat and pine smoke generated by pine burning with the unique architectural structure of "brothel", which is a great pioneering work in the history of tea factory construction.

Nowadays, the traditional Xunzheng Mountain Competition is still loved by old tea drinkers, and the innovative Jin Junmei is also widely sought after by tea drinkers. There is also Zhengshantang Zhengshantang small black tea, which is full of mellow, unique pine smoke fragrance and dried longan fragrance. The fragrance is pure and long, and it has captured the taste buds of countless tea lovers.

Every time tea is made, pine smoke rises in the brothel, which has witnessed for more than 450 years.
