How do insurance companies run business processes?

First of all, there is no such thing as logistics.

These positions are casually named by insurance salesmen in order to recruit more employees, fearing that people will not come, such as back office, logistics and so on.

Secondly, I'll introduce you to the main positions of several regular companies.

Business post: mainly responsible for indicator setting, task verification and rule process review. Note that this post does not run business.

Sales post: mainly for business.

Planning post: corporate culture publicity, advertising, media and other external publicity, corporate activities promotion.

Administrative post: This is what you call back office and logistics. Mainly internal procurement, office word management, logistics support (canteen, official car, office staff coordination), official seal license annual review, etc. This position sometimes takes over from the general manager.

General manager's office. I don't need to introduce this. It's for the boss.

Personnel post: recruitment, salary, assessment and organizational structure setting.

Financial post: this is simple, no need to introduce it.

The financial positions of insurance companies are more detailed, such as insurance determination and actuarial calculation.

Property post: large companies will have this post, and small companies will be managed by outside property.

Network technology post: The network is so developed that all companies now have technical departments and internal networks.
