1. The heating stove cannot be installed in the bedroom or the room directly communicating with the bedroom to prevent gas poisoning.

2. The highest point of the water supply pipe of the coal-fired heating furnace should not be higher than the water inlet of the furnace 6 meters, otherwise it will lead to excessive pressure and deformation of the protector.

3. The outlet of the heating furnace should be equipped with a decompression tube, the diameter of which should not be less than the pipe diameter.

4. An expansion water tank needs to be installed in the system, and the height of the water tank should be above 250mm at the highest point of the system.

5. The inlet and outlet are hinged to facilitate maintenance.

6. Height of vertical chimney: Class I coal stoves should be more than two meters, and bulk coal stoves must use chimneys with a diameter of 120mm and should be more than four meters. There is no need to tear down chimneys in summer. Those who violate this rule are not covered by the warranty. Horizontal chimneys should be short, with fewer elbows, and windward chimneys should be equipped with tee joints.

7. The inclination of the main pipe in horizontal state should be 100: 1, which is beneficial to exhaust.

8. It is forbidden to install valves on pressure relief pipes, exhaust pipes and water replenishing tanks, which is very dangerous.

9, radiator center height should be higher than the center of the furnace import and export more than 300mm, the higher the better, is conducive to circulation.

10, when the circulation is not good due to non-gas blocking reasons such as long pipes, the potential difference between the heating furnace and the radiator can be further increased to promote the water circulation, otherwise a small hot water pipeline pump should be added to force the water circulation. Don't install the water pump on the horizontal main pipe below to push the water into the furnace, which will damage the furnace because of the pressure of the pump.
