At present, there are more than ten consultation rooms in the second outpatient department, with a total area of 500 square meters. In recent years, the second outpatient department has gradually embarked on the road of innovation and standardized management. Out-patient department pays special attention to the construction of personnel's own quality. Postgraduates and doctoral students keep joining in, actively participate in hospital scientific research projects, undertake the task of teaching students for the hospital, have the ability to organize large-scale group physical examinations, have a group of senior experts and intermediate professional technicians, and have exquisite professional skills, which has won the trust of the majority of patients, and created 90,836 outpatient visits in 200 1 year. Compared with 2000, it increased by 17%, and its business income was 7.496 million yuan, an increase of 23%. The business income in 2003 was 7.954 million yuan, an increase of 10.2 compared with 2002. The number of outpatient visits was 99,067, an increase of 3%, and it achieved excellent results, winning the hospital advanced collective award for two consecutive years.

The outpatient department is the designated unit of provincial and municipal medical accounting and municipal "medical insurance".
