After ten minutes, the dough must be rotated to complete the secondary fermentation. Strangely, I stand next to the toaster and bend over to look through the observation window every once in a while. The dough in the bread bucket is like a greedy little fat man, whose stomach is getting bigger and bigger, and finally it becomes almost half the size of the bread bucket.
When the dough keeps expanding, the baking function of the bread machine automatically starts. At this time, the surface of the bread machine is getting hotter and hotter. I touched it, so hot! White smoke curled up from the vent, and the aroma of bread became stronger and stronger.
Two hours and forty minutes passed and the toaster buzzed. I can't wait to turn off the power. Opening the transparent lid, a delicious bread with golden surface appeared in front of me.
I use a small brush to brush the reserved egg liquid on the surface of the bread and then cover it. Ten minutes later, I put on my gloves and poured the bread on the plate.
