All the knowledge about printing products?
1. General paper printing can be divided into black and white printing, spot-color printing, four-color printing, more than four-color printing for multi-color printing.
3. Traditional printing plate making generally includes offset PS plate (the graphic information into film) and paper plate light printing (also known as speed printing). With the development of the market, the pace of business activities and changes more and more quickly, instant business requirements, the achievement of a major change in printing technology. Commercial short-run printing, digital business quick printing CTP came into being (no need to make a plate direct printing).

The printing paper Varieties, specifications
1. Letterpress paper
Letterpress paper is the main paper for letterpress printing of books and magazines. Letterpress paper can be divided into four levels, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4, according to the different distribution ratios of the material used in the paper. The number of paper represents the degree of good or bad paper quality, and the larger the number, the worse the paper quality. Letterpress paper is mainly used for letterpress printing machines. The characteristics of this paper are similar to newsprint, but not exactly the same. As the ratio of pulp material and pulp knockdown are better than newsprint, letterpress paper fiber tissue is more uniform, while the gap between the fibers and a certain amount of filler and glue filled, and also after bleaching, which formed this paper on the adaptability of printing. Slightly different from newsprint, its ink absorption is not as good as newsprint, but it has the characteristics of uniform ink absorption; water resistance and paper whiteness are better than newsprint. Letterpress paper has a uniform texture, no lint, slightly elastic, opaque, slightly water resistance, a certain degree of mechanical strength and other characteristics.
Weight: 49~60)±2g/m2.
Flatbed paper specifications: 787×l092mm, 850×ll68mm, 880xl230mm; as well as a number of special size specifications of the paper.
Specifications of roll paper: width 787mm, 1092mm, 1575mm, length about 60m~80oo meters.
2. Newsprint
Newsprint, also known as white paper, is the main paper for newspapers and books. Newsprint is characterized by: soft paper, rich in good elasticity; good ink-absorbing properties, which ensures that the ink faster fixation in the paper; paper after calendaring on both sides of the smooth, not hairy, so that both sides of the print prints are clearer and fuller; a certain degree of mechanical strength; opacity performance is good; suitable for high-speed rotary machine printing. This kind of paper is produced from mechanical wood pulp (or other chemical pulp) and contains a large amount of lignin and other impurities. It is not suitable for long-term storage. When stored for too long, the paper will become yellow and brittle, with poor water resistance, and is not suitable for writing, etc. Must use printing newspaper ink or book ink, ink viscosity should not be too high, lithographic printing must strictly control the moisture of the page.
Weight: 49 to 52 ) ± 2 g/m2.
Flatbed paper specifications: 787 x 1092 mm, 850x ll68 mm, 880x l230 mm.
Roll paper specifications: width 787 mm, 1092 mm, 1575 mm; length of about 6,000 to 8,000 meters.
3. Offset paper
Offset paper is mainly for lithographic (offset) presses or other printing presses to print higher-level color prints, such as color pictorials, albums, posters, color printing trademarks and some high-level books, as well as book covers, illustrations and so on. Offset paper according to the ratio of pulp material is divided into three kinds of special, No. 1 and No. 2, there are single-sided and double-sided, there are super calendering and ordinary calendering two grades.
Offset paper expansion and contraction of small, uniform absorption of ink, smoothness, texture tight opaque, whiteness is good. Strong water resistance. Should be used to film-type offset printing ink and better quality of lead printing ink. The viscosity of the ink should not be too high, otherwise there will be de-powdering, pulling phenomenon. It is also necessary to prevent the back from sticking dirty, generally using anti-dirty agent, spray powder or lined paper.
Weight: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 150, 180 g/m2.
Flat paper specifications: 787 × l092 mm; 850 × 1168 mm.
Roll paper specifications: 787 mm, 1092 mm, 850 mm.
4, coated paper
Copperplate paper, also known as printing coating paper, this paper is coated with a layer of white pulp on the original paper, after pressing. Light and made. Paper surface smooth, high whiteness, uniform distribution of paper fibers, uniform thickness, small expansion,, with good elasticity and strong water resistance and tensile properties, the ink absorption and reception state is very good. Copperplate paper is mainly used for printing albums, covers, postcards, exquisite product samples and colorful trademarks. Copperplate paper printing pressure should not be too large, to use offset resin-based ink and glossy ink. To prevent the back and sticky dirty, can be used to add anti-dirty agent, spray powder and other methods.
Weight: 70, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180200, 210.240, 250 grams / m 2.
Flatbed paper specifications: 648 × 953 mm, 787 × 970 mm, 787 × 1092 mm
5. Pictorial newspapers
\ Pictorial newspapers have a fine white texture, smooth, used to print pictorials, albums and posters, etc.
Weight: 65 ,91 and 12 g/m2
Flat paper size: 787 x l092 mm.

1. How long is the printing period for an order ?
Our delivery time to you depends on the requirements of the printing order. Our lead time is usually between 3 and
8 working days, usually within 4 working days. In case of more post-press processing, such as lamination, binding, laminating
, die-cutting, foil stamping, etc., the lead time is usually more than 7 working days. Usually more than 7 working days, our long-term customers in Zhuo Cheng enjoy urgent work free of
expedited fee service.
2. How to prepare for printing?
All kinds of processes are divided into fine, you can very easily find a professional printing
pre-production company that can provide you with speedy and considerate services, of course, we can also provide you with pre-press file layout, design and production, we can provide you with
a full set of film and proofing, and we recommend that you do a good job for the film and proofing mentioned above. This will ensure your delivery
goods time, maximize savings and reduce intermediate links and expenses.
3. How do I prepare my pre-press files for printing?
If you don't have time to go to the pre-press production company to complete the production of film and proof, we will immediately assist you to
complete the pre-press production work.
Please pay attention to the following aspects of the documents you bring, they will help you save valuable time.
1. Please make sure that all the necessary files are in the document. Please make sure that the image files are included in the document
Sometimes images may be available on the display but are actually missing or in low resolution, so please make sure that
the necessary images are in the document and that they are provided with sufficient precision. (The resolution of the image should not be less than 280 pixels
/inch)
2. Don't forget to copy the necessary fonts, please make sure to provide the necessary fonts, some fonts are
displayed but still need to be copied into a film-ready font before outputting the film. Only the fonts that can be displayed and input
will not waste your time.
3. Don't forget to change the color of the linked image from RGB to CMYK, otherwise the film will be
confused.
4. When the Pantone spot color is converted to CMYK color, please make sure that the same effect will be achieved.
Pantone spot colors into CMYK, the two generally produce some difference, some Pantone spot colors into
CMYK, according to the output experience can achieve the same effect, but those Process Pantone Color is
CMYK can not be reached, then you can only use to increase spot color The solution is to add more spot colors.
5. Picture double scanning; single output, you can improve the picture scanning quality.
6. Whether the layout of the document is set up to bleed 3mm this simple question often makes some senior experience in the computer
expert folded; layout software in the color according to the value of the color scale to set up a good? So please do a final check.
7. The printing proof corresponding to the film is the most worrying reference for the printer. If for any reason there is no
no proof, please be sure to provide at least one copy of the print (color is the best, really no, black and white is good)
, we need one of the above two to check the film.
4. Chromaticity difference between film, proof, print and computer screen:
Film and its corresponding proof is the best choice to reduce the error and save your and our cost and time. The film and its corresponding proof are the closest to the finished print. The computer screen shows a much brighter print than the actual print
and cannot be used as an equivalent reference, so the print proof should prevail.
- This is because the monitor and color printing paper color formation Jieran different. The monitor application of red, green
, blue three primary colors of the principle of emission of light to form images, the principle of color formation is known as RGB, which is widely
applied to television and computer monitors.
- Color printing is the red, yellow, blue, black four-color ink printed on paper products to form a color image
Image, this principle is known as CMYK, it is widely used in four-color offset printing technology.
- Another important reason for the apparent difference between the computer display and the print is the color
standard of the monitor. If your computer monitor is not calibrated correctly, then the computer display will be much different from the computer monitor that has been
calibrated correctly. So it's important to have a professional technician adjust the display in a timely manner
.
- Different printing materials can also make a difference in the printing effect. Generally speaking, coated paper is more colorful than offset
paper.
The above preparations will help you and us to minimize all kinds of problems that may arise. Speed up the delivery process to
avoid costly situations.
Nevertheless, if you lack each of the above tasks or do not understand the requirements of our proposal, please don't worry, we try to work with you under all conditions. Just please provide as much documentation as you can; we'll call you anytime we see a problem to make sure the job is complete
5. How is a printing quote formed?
Color printing is the most accurate means of describing human behavior and products and services. It gives human beings a profound and indelible
first impression and feeling, and its precise representation can positively exert the greatest influence on human emotions and decision-making,
especially purchasing decisions and the satisfaction of the customer after obtaining the service. Color prints are usually used as an important part of
product promotion, which is a key link and assistant to the success or failure of a company.
Customers will be eager to know how much the printed materials cost when they make the budget for product promotion and sales, as long as you
fill out our quotation, our customer service staff will reply to you with a quotation.
If this is your first time getting in touch with a print enquiry and contacting a printer, you may also feel overwhelmed
so please read through our workflow to quickly fill out our quotation. The printing process
can be broken down into three simple parts: pre-press, press, and post-press.
Printing cost accounting can also be divided into the above three parts, the three together that is the price of printed products.
Pre-printing:
The completion of the film and proofing process is calculated per P, generally to A4 (if less than A4 or larger
than A4 that is, A3, so be sure to measure the exact size, so that it can be used for the price of accounting) for the usual pricing standards
. FILM is a necessity on the machine, printing proof is the most basic document to lead the machine to check the color.
Printing:
It is the key link to the completion of the print, the pricing standard is the color order. If there is a spot color, such as corporate LOGO's
special color or print gold, silver, etc.. Please be sure to specify, then it will increase from 4 colors to 5 colors, 6 colors.
Post-printing:
Usually, it is the product work after the print is finished. Be sure to specify: riding or glued staples, folding (
How many folds?). ; post-press process whether there is a lamination or over UV, die-cutting, hot stamping and raised convex area should also be written clearly
, packaging, packing quantity if any special requirements should also be specified.
The more specific and accurate the above process links indicated. The more accurate the price will be timely, of course, with our
Customer service personnel directly face-to-face communication is the best way. You call, we will provide you with
friendly counseling services.
