The law provides what people can not do direct sales?

In Article 15 of the Direct Selling Enterprises and their branches shall not recruit the following people as direct salespersons:

1. people under 18 years of age;

3. Full-time students;

4. Teachers, medical personnel, civil servants and active military personnel;

5. Regular employees of the direct selling enterprise;

6. Persons outside the country;

7. Persons prohibited from engaging in part-time work by laws and administrative regulations;

The seventh item mainly refers to the staff of state organs and state employees. This includes civil servants, staff of state-owned enterprises and institutions, judges and prosecutors.
