Gongmei is originally made of vegetables and teas, and its requirements are very high. Traditional Gongmei refers to white tea made of one bud and two leaves of tea (vegetable tea), which is named after it is thinner than white tea and looks like eyebrows. The picking standard is one bud, two leaves or three leaves, and the leaf shape is larger than that of Bai Mudan and smaller than that of Shoumei.

High-quality Gongmei finished tea has obvious heart, white and many colors, and the color of dry tea is green. After brewing, the color of the soup is orange or deep yellow, and the leaves are even, soft and bright. When the leaves look at the light, they can see the red color of the main vein.
