Kinuo: The Kinuo mainly live in the central part of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province in the Kinuo Mountains and in Jinghong and Menghai.
Achang: The Achang mainly live in Longchuan, Lianghe, Luxi and Longling counties in the Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province.
Dulong: The Dulong mainly live in the Dulong River valley and the banks of the Nu River in Gongshan Dulong and Nu Autonomous Prefecture in northwestern Yunnan Province, and the Dulong language belongs to the Burmese group of the Sino-Tibetan language family, which is basically the same as the Nu language of Gongshan.
Nu: Nu mainly live in the Nujiang River region of Yunnan Province, early by living in Fugong, Gongshan native and the Tang Dynasty "Lu Lu barbarians" part of the development.
Brown: the Brown mainly live in Yunnan Province, Xishuangbanna Menghai Menghai County, Brown Mountain Brown Township and Xiding, Bada, and Tailuo mountainous areas, Zhenkang, Shuangjiang, Lincang, Jindong, Lancang, Mojiang and other counties are also part of the diaspora and live in different places.
Lahu: The Lahu are mainly distributed in Yunnan's Lancang River Basin in the Simao area, Lincang area, and Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yuxi area, and Honghe Hani Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
Pumi: The Pumi are concentrated in the counties of Lamping, Ninglang, Lijiang, Wisi, and Yongsheng in northwestern Yunnan.
Hani: The vast majority of the Hani live in the Mourning Mountains, which is in the middle of the Red River and the Lancang River in southern Yunnan, while the rest of the Hani are found in Pu'er, Menghai, Jinghong, Dongla, Luquan, and other places.
The Dai: The Dai are mainly distributed in the western and southern borders of Yunnan Province, with the main areas of settlement being the Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, the Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, the Gengma Dai Wa Autonomous Prefecture, and the Menglian Dai Lahu Wa Autonomous Prefecture.
Deang: The Deang mainly live in southwestern Yunnan. The Gaoligong and Nushan mountain ranges wind through Dehong and Lincang, and the De'ang are found in the mountains of these two ranges.
Bai: The Bai, who mainly live in the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in northwestern Yunnan.
Naxi: The Naxi mainly live in Lijiang Naxi Autonomous County. The Naxi people, known as "Maosi" in ancient times, are descendants of the Qiang ethnic group that lived in northwestern China in ancient times.
Lisu: The Lisu mainly live in the Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture and Wisi Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, and the rest of the Lisu are scattered in Lijiang, Diqing, Dali, Dehong, Baoshan, Lincang, Simao, Chuxiong, Kunming and Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan Province.
Wa: The Wa are mainly distributed in Cangyuan, Ximeng, Menglian, Lancang and Gengma counties, while Zhenkang and Shuangjiang counties also have a small distribution. Wa is an ancient ethnic group whose ancestors belonged to one of the "Baihuai" ethnic groups during the Zhou and Qin Dynasties.
Jingpo: The Jingpo mainly live in Longchuan, Yingjiang, Luxi, Ruili, Lianghe and other mountainous areas in the Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture. The Jingpo folk prevalent carving wood to remember things, plants and leaves to pass the feelings of expression of the original way of communication.
