Do you have any souvenirs worth telling during your trip?

I have some souvenirs brought back from my trip, which are worth mentioning and sharing.

The first one is the phoenix-tailed kelp that I bought when I was visiting Gulangyu Island in Xiamen in the autumn of 20 14. This is a local specialty, woven from colorful seaweed and regarded as a mascot by local people. This kind of kelp not only reminds me of the wonderful experience of setting foot on Gulangyu Island, but also becomes a souvenir with Xiamen imprint in my collection.

The second is a small wooden Guanyin statue bought in a Kannonji in Wutai Mountain in the summer of 20 16. This Guanyin statue was carved by a local carpenter with cypress imported from Xinjiang, and its color is simple and natural. It not only contains my unforgettable memory of infiltrating my body and mind in Wutai Mountain, but also makes me feel the protection of Guanyin Bodhisattva at any time in my life. This is one of my most cherished souvenirs.

The third is a retro poster that I found and bought in a secret bar when I was visiting Gulangyu Island in Xiamen on October 8, 20. This poster depicts the scenery of Gulangyu Island in the 1940s, full of nostalgia. It not only witnessed the changes of this island, but also reminded me of the charming scenery of Gulangyu Island in my daily life. This is also my favorite visualization product of travel memory.

These three souvenirs contain my memories of three trips in different scenes, which have become an important proof of the pleasure of traveling in my life. They not only brought me back to the wonderful experience of traveling, but also created a quiet environment in my living space. As a person who loves traveling and collecting, these are also my most cherished souvenirs that can carry memories. Through them, my residence seems to be full of stories and bits and pieces of travel.
