Classification and Practice of Qigong
Speaking of qigong, many people should be familiar with it. As a health care method with very good effect and scientific basis, its health care effect has always been amazing. Qigong contains a lot of knowledge, so what are the classification and practice methods of Qigong? The following is for reference only!
The types of gases are classified according to their sources.
(1) vitality: it is the most basic and main qi in the human body. It consists of essence in the kidney, Shui Gu in the spleen and stomach, and clear qi in the lung, and is distributed all over the body.
(2) Zongqi: It is composed of clear qi and valley qi to breathe through the heart pulse.
(3) Qi Ying: a special part of Gucci. It aims to melt blood and nourish the whole body. There are two running paths: 1. The twelve meridians (gas refining); 2. Rendu, yangqiao, Yinqiao.
(4) Defending Qi: It is also very powerful. Therefore, the meat is warm, the skin is full, the texture is fat, and it can be opened and closed freely.
(5) Qi of zang-fu organs and meridians: the same as that of the whole body. It is the essence of Qi and the elimination of Qi. Shui Gu's Qi passes through the lungs, spleen and kidney. It can be converted into energy to promote and maintain the physiological activities of zang-fu organs and meridians; It can also renew and enrich the tissue structure of viscera and meridians, and generate the essence of five zang-organs for storage.
Qigong (Qigong) is a kind of physical and mental exercise method to strengthen the body, prevent and cure diseases, strengthen the body and prolong life, and develop potential by adjusting breathing, physical activity and consciousness (breath adjustment, body adjustment and inner adjustment). There are many kinds of qigong, which are divided into dynamic and static.
Dynamic exercise refers to qigong, which is mainly physical activity. For example, the guidance group focuses on dynamic exercise, which is characterized by emphasizing physical operation combined with emotion.
Static qigong refers to qigong in which the body does not move and only depends on the self-control of consciousness and breathing. Most qigong methods are dynamic and static. In religion, Taoist priests often practice Qigong, and meditation and meditation in Buddhism also include Qigong. Qigong is usually practiced with martial arts or meditation. Chinese medicine practitioners who practice acupuncture often improve their curative effect by practicing Qigong.
Classification of qigong
Generally speaking, Qigong can be divided into nourishing qi and refining qi.
Nourishing qi is a kind of meditation in Taoism, which transports the qi of Tian Dan together and makes it stick together to prevent it from being induced by the external scenery. Gas refining is mainly based on operation. If the boxer wants to use his arm strength when practicing boxing, he will send gas to his arm; There is strength in the waist, and qi is transported to the waist; If all limbs exert force, qi will be transported to the whole body.
Qi is different from breathing, calling for yang and sucking for yin; Call for action, the suction is static; Call for rigidity and suck softness. It needs to combine yin and yang, rigidity and flexibility, and movement to complete its function.
There are often some qigong practitioners who do not practice according to the correct mental method, but do the opposite, which eventually leads to physical injury, and some practitioners will get sick and cause disability during practice. These are also very possible, so we should pay attention to practicing according to the correct techniques, and it is important to have the right direction.
When practicing qigong, remember to practice according to the' above the achievement method, paying attention to the lack of focus, to prevent an careless mistake from causing side pain, which is not good and harmful to the body. If you follow the achievement method, you can not only feel the smoothness of your body, but also get the most real effect at this time.
Ancient Qigong is generally divided into five schools: Confucianism, medicine, Taoism, Buddhism and martial arts. Confucian qigong aims at "cultivating self-cultivation and nourishing qi"; Physician qigong aims at preventing and treating diseases and strengthening the body. Taoist qigong pays attention to "double cultivation of body and mind" and "double cultivation of life". Buddhist qigong needs to "cultivate the mind" in order to get rid of the spirit. Among them, the concentration school emphasizes "everything is empty", while Zen emphasizes "self-cultivation" and "keeping the family in order". Wushu qigong is mainly to exercise and improve skills.
In recent years, according to the characteristics of Qigong, ancient Qigong is divided into static and dynamic, and divided into five schools: breathing, meditation, thinking, Sunday and guidance.
Tuina school emphasizes breathing exercise; Meditation emphasizes the exercise of ideas, requires the internal connection of ideas, meditation and concentration, and adopts some uncomplicated methods to concentrate ideas. Meditation in general belongs to this school. Existentialist school also emphasizes mental exercise, but requires to look at things in an imaginative way. On the basis of ideological interconnection, Zhou Tianpai emphasizes emotional interdependence and promotes the feeling of internal qi to flow on the meridian lines such as Ren and Du meridians in the human body, also known as Neidan School. Instructors emphasize dynamic exercise, which is characterized by body manipulation combined with emotions or as self-massage.
The difference of qigong
hard qigong
In China Wushu, sitting on a horse and standing on a pile are often practiced at the same time, mainly to make the muscles of the whole body tense, so as to consciously control each group of voluntary muscles and semi-voluntary muscles, and the qi needs to sink into the abdomen (concept point). In modern terms, it is abdominal breathing. Try to pull down the diaphragm and tighten the lowest part of the abdominal muscles, and feel that the gas in the body has reached the abdomen.
Soft qigong
Buddhist meditation, Taoist health exercises (and modern soft exercises) all belong to this category. There is no need to tighten muscles. Pay attention to take a deep breath and let it have no distractions. The China Wushu Wing Chun Boxing of Taiji Slow Preaching and Nanquan School, the first set of boxing ideas in the initial introductory practice, belong to this category. Soft qigong can not only enhance vital capacity without consuming a lot of physical strength, but also exercise all muscles, including semi-voluntary muscles in the human body and (passively) move internal organs, so it is suitable for all kinds of people to practice. Especially suitable for the elderly, ladies and patients who can't do a lot of exercise.
We can also sum up the above knowledge in one sentence: Qigong is a kind of self-psychosomatic therapy with China national cultural characteristics. There are many kinds of psychosomatic therapies. Qigong is different from many other self-psychosomatic therapies in that it has the national cultural characteristics of China-a kind of practical activity that is unique to China people and guided by the theoretical content of "regulating the mind" of traditional Chinese medicine.
1. Bao Dantian
In the morning (at the best time), choose a place with fresh air and pine and cypress (by the lake or by the river), stand naturally, with your left foot one step to the left, shoulder width apart, standing in parallel, with your body slightly pushed down, your knees slightly bent, your head straight, your body calm, and when your shoulders are relaxed, your fingers are separated, your palms are inward, and your hands are held in front of your abdomen. At this time, your body should stand or sit, your face should smile, and you should stick to your abdomen. Breathe freely so that you can't hear. Stand like this for a while before taking the next step.
Transfer to Tian Dan
Stand at attention, open your left foot shoulder-width to the left, hold your breath in the abdomen, then turn it left and right for 36 times around the abdomen and swallow it in one breath. Turn left from right for 36 laps, then take a deep breath and swallow. I'm transferring to Tian Dan.

Stand at attention, take a step to the left with your left foot shoulder width, relax your whole body, drive your waist, and shake around from left to right. But keep the abdomen, centered on the abdomen. Breathe freely first, and then do circular shaking from left to right. When the body is shaking, inhale to the left half first, and the tongue will top the palate when inhaling. Exhale when the body turns right, and the tongue touches the lower palate when exhaling. But relax your shoulders and hips when shaking, and don't be dull all over, about 36 times. This parallel rotation can exercise pulse generation.
Knead the field sheet
If your first two feet stand at attention, step your left foot to the left, shoulder width apart, and put your hands symmetrically on both sides of your abdomen. Taking the abdomen as the center and doing circular motion from left to ancient times, the tongue also inhales at the top of the hip (bridging the magpie bridge) and exhales at the lower palate. About 36 times.
Attack Tian Dan
If you stand shoulder-width apart with your front feet, relax your whole body, then stretch your left foot half a step to the left, and the bird with two arms will spread its wings back hard to brighten the crane wings and inhale at the top of your tongue. Then the left foot is retracted, aligned with the right foot, and the two palms are punched together to slam both sides of the abdomen, and the tongue is extended to the crotch to exhale. Count to 36
Folding field sheet
Start with a light step, take a step to the left, and protect your right cheek with your left palm. Take another right step, and protect your left cheek with your right palm. Then cross your hands and rush forward together, kowtow when jumping, and exhale as "knocking on the monument with your head"; Inhale when you get up. In this way, the abdomen will be oppressed and the abdomen will be enriched.
Step 7 rub the field sheet
Take a wooden stool, sit down at will, land your right foot, lean forward, and press your left leg on your right leg. Put the palm of your left hand up on your left leg, the palm of your right hand down, put your palms together, and wipe the palm of your right hand down from the palm of your left hand until you can't stretch your hand any more, then exhale. Then the heart of the right hand goes up, the palm of the left hand goes down, the palm of the right hand goes back, inhales and pierces the abdomen, and so on for 36 times. Then put your left foot on the ground, with the center of your foot leaning forward, and your right leg pressed against your left leg, with your palm facing up and placed on your blind leg. The left palm is down, the two palms are close together, and the left palm starts from the right palm and slants forward and downward until the hand can no longer be stretched out, and then exhales. Then the heart of the left hand turns up, the heart of the right hand turns down, the left palm retracts, inhales, and breathes through the abdomen for the same 36 times.
8. Spray the field sheet
Stand at attention with your feet together, palms facing up from your left and right hips, and cross your chest. Hands palms up, right hand on left hand. Inhale. Then suddenly push forward together, for "baby", shout "drink" and exhale when pushing out, once ***36 times.
9. Titanium tin
Stand at attention, the right son leads his left hand, holds it high above his head, centers his right hand to the left, sticks his left palm to the root of his right palm, lifts his toes and inhales into the air. Then, his hand seemed to be grasped by a handle, and he pulled down hard, and his elbow fell down hard until his hands fell to his chest and he exhaled. Inhale like this, exhale like this, count 36 times. By breathing hard, the abdomen is full of gas and the internal gas surges, which can achieve the purpose of internal strength. Only the inner strength can be rich, mellow and inexhaustible.
