Xiangdezhai address

Xiangdezhai pastry shop is located at No.37, Ma Bei Road/KLOC-0, with a business area of 120 square meters. Its predecessor was "Jeffery Ji Fruit Shop", which was founded in the fifth year of Qing Xianfeng (1855). The former site is located in Hubu Street in the urban area, with 2 workshops and 4 employees, mainly engaged in manufacturing and selling "steamed food". Later, it was changed to mainly deal in cakes. The raw materials are selected from famous producing areas, and refined flour and ground sesame oil are used. After the guidance of famous teachers, the flavor is pleasant and the products sell well.

In the spring of the 27th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (190 1), a new store named "Xiangdezhai" was opened at the current site, and the original site was changed into a production workshop, becoming the first franchise store in Tianjin, integrating production and sales. It mainly produces and sells Tianjin-style "Eight Pieces of Beijing" and "Cakes" with the brand of "Lighting the World". It is packaged in exquisite wooden boxes and waxed paper, and snacks are given away for free, which has won customers and prospered business. Until the eve of liberation, the products were enduring.

From 65438 to 0954, the state adopted a planned policy on grain and oil, and the pastry industry implemented unified production and distribution. 198 1 September, Xiangdezhai pastry shop was linked with the city pastry factory, and the name of the factory was changed to Xiangdezhai pastry factory, which restored the traditional management mode of front store and back factory. Among them, the "big and small eight pieces" cakes maintained the traditional flavor characteristics. There are many kinds of moon cakes in Mid-Autumn Festival, including more than 30 kinds of moon cakes, such as moon cakes with paste, biscuits, natural red moon cakes, natural white moon cakes, flip moon cakes, home-cooked moon cakes, reunion moon cakes and Cantonese moon cakes. The color, shape and taste are good, and the quality remains unchanged after long-term storage.

1April, 1994, the store was demolished due to the widening project of North Road. There is a temporary operation point in the east of the original site, and there are three branches in Xingyeli and Yangcun in the southeast corner.
