What is the working principle of a water pump?
When using a water pump, you need to make sure that the pump is filled with water so that the liquid in the pump rotates with the pump shaft. When centrifugal force is applied, the shaft of the product pushes the liquid out. When the water in the pump runs out, the pressure in the pump diffuser decreases. It creates a vacuum and the water in the propeller flows into the pump through the filter tube under external atmospheric pressure. As the discharge rate increases, the pressure gradually increases and eventually the fluid leaves the tube orifice. In this manner, the fluid that the pump needs to transport is continuously pumped out, creating a flow.
It is well known that there are different types of pumps, next, I will list the specific pumps and explain some of their working principles.
I. The working principle of gear water pumps. The teeth of the two gears are separated to produce a low pressure. Water is sucked in and migrates along the shell wall to the other side. On the other hand, the two gears are combined to produce a high pressure and the fluid flows out. Gear water pumps have fewer limitations can meet diversified needs and are relatively simple to operate and can be customized according to different needs.
Two, centrifugal water pump working principle. Centrifugal pump operation, water is ejected from the pump nozzle. Produces high speed rotation. And the fluid continues to work under the action of centrifugal force. The internal fluid is transmitted to the outside to produce energy. Relatively more functional.
Three, the working principle of multi-stage centrifugal water pump. Multi-stage centrifugal pumps are different in that the multi-stage water pumps have more machines than single-stage pumps. Compressor suction and gradually increase the pressure, and the water level is high, you can increase or decrease the step of the elevator pump valve as needed. Centrifugal pumps are available in vertical and horizontal versions. By inserting two or more valves in series into the pipe shaft of a multi-purpose cylindrical pump, it can provide a higher head than a conventional stationary spray pump.
