Brief introduction of integrity content
China began to advocate honesty from the end of primitive society. In the Western Zhou Dynasty, King Zhou regarded honesty as an important content in assessing and rewarding officials. After Qin Shihuang unified China, the construction of a clean government became an important criterion for evaluating the duties of officials. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the wise monarch took great pains to set an example for all officials, in order to achieve "honesty and determination, honesty and self-discipline".
Many people with lofty ideals in the past dynasties in China took honesty as their moral integrity, which left a dazzling page on the historical stage and was praised as an honest official by later generations. "Yan Ying is thrifty and refuses to buy a new car", "Wu Yinzhi is greedy for water" and "Di Renjie is impartial" ... these are typical examples of honesty and integrity.
For us, honesty is indispensable. Only by being clean and doing practical things can we win the trust and respect of others and gain a foothold in society.
