What does stone mill mean?

A stone mill is a device in which two stones with different sizes are closely attached to each other, and food is ground into fine powder particles through the rotation of the stones. It is generally believed that only one kind of stone mill is wrong. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, ancestors in Taiwan Province Province used various kinds of stone mills to process and prepare food. In the use of "manpower" and "animal power", it can be divided into cow mill and human mill. The former, as the name implies, is made of Niulila. This mill is large in shape and volume and is used to grind flour, rice bran and soybean powder for sale.
