1, alcoholic liquor

Since its listing in 1980s, alcoholic liquor has been sold in the market with its unique packaging and unique liquor quality. It is a kind of Luzhou-flavor liquor with clear color, rich aroma, sweet and mellow entrance, harmonious taste and long aftertaste.

It skillfully combines the strong aroma, fragrance and maoxiang, and is a masterpiece and magical brewing of China liquor.

2. Wuling wine

Produced in Wuling Winery, Changde City, Hunan Province. Changde, known as Wuling and Dingzhou in ancient times, has a long history of brewing. As early as the pre-Qin era, people had the custom of having a "spring banquet" to buy wine and "drink together". In the Han Dynasty, there was a custom of "drinking spring wine on January 1st, cutting calamus and realgar on May 5th, and drinking chrysanthemum wine on September 9th".

In the Qing Dynasty, it was common for people to make wine. After Pu Jie, the younger brother of the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, tasted it, he wrote a poem praising the cloud: "After a thousand years, the Xiangjiang River is clear and the fragrant mash is skillfully brewed." Changde winery was built on the basis of 1952 old winery, and inherited the traditional craft. 197 1, 1953 and 1948, Daqu liquor was trial-produced and put into production, with ancient place names as the wine name. 1987, Wuling liquor workshop was changed to Wuling winery.

3. Deshan Daqu Liquor

Changde City, Hunan Province, Deshan Daqu Winery. Changde is located on the bank of Yuanjiang River and at the foot of Deshan Mountain, with beautiful scenery, hence its name. Changde has a long history of brewing Qu liquor, but it has been passed down from generation to generation in a small workshop, with little output, limited sales and little fame.

Changde winery was built in 1952. On the basis of the original production of Qu liquor, we adopted the koji-making operation of Gu Jing Winery, absorbed the brewing technology of Luzhou Winery, popularized the blending of Wuliangye Winery, and imitated the storage of Xinghua Village Winery. Daqu liquor with high quality and beauty was produced, which was a blockbuster and became a famous liquor in Hunan Province.

4. Zhou Nan Daqu Liquor

Zhou Nan Daqu Distillery in Nanxian County, Hunan Province. Nanxian, an ancient state of Yuezhou and Dingzhou, is located on the Dongting Lake in the north of Hunan Province. Known as the "land of plenty", it has a long history of brewing. According to documents, there was a wine-making industry in the Han and Wei Dynasties. "Rice wine and shochu" were brewed in the Qing Dynasty.

1952 small winery merged into nanxian jiannan winery, and was renamed nanxian winery in 196 1 year. 1962 went to Sichuan Luzhou Daqu Distillery to study and put this wine into production. 1980, the original koji wine workshop was transformed into the current winery.

5. Xiangquan wine

Xiangxi Xiangquan Liquor General Factory, Jishou City, Hunan Province. Jishou, an ancient Chenzhou, is located in Wuling Mountain area. It is a mountain city where Tujia and Miao people live together. Rice, corn, sweet potato and other cereals are produced here, as well as Gu Quan, the dragon and phoenix beast of Wulingyuan. The water quality is sweet and suitable for brewing, so local brewing has a long history. During the Qianlong and Jiaqing years of Qing Dynasty, the "shochu" created by Animal Hall was once used by Wu August, the leader of Miao uprising, to reward the people.
