Why should we eat Lixia rice
Lixia rice, also known as "burning summer summer rice". In the old days, Han children burned rice on the day of summer. Popular in Xiangjiang Hangzhou area. On the day before the first day of summer, the children asked the neighboring family for a bowl of rice, called "Touxiaxia rice". They dig up some bamboo shoots, "steal" some broad beans, and use some garlic cloves. Folk believe that children eat, can prevent heat stroke.

The practice of summer rice
Required materials: 80 grams of bamboo shoots, 80 grams of peas, 50 grams of salted meat, 80 grams of glutinous rice, 100 grams of rice, salt, oil, water.

Customs
Hangzhou people will eat Lixia rice, Lixia rice is divided into two kinds, one is umi rice.
