Method for making braised flounder

1. Wash and dry flounder, and slice onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

2. Add the right amount of oil to the pot and heat it to 30% heat. Add the fish soaked in starch and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.

3. Leave a little base oil in the pot. When heated to 50%, add fried fish and cook cooking wine. Add braised sauce, onion, ginger, garlic and fennel, and bring to a boil. Then turn to low heat until the fish is tasty. Take the juice out of the pot.
