Design Background: The logo of Tibet University is designed in the shape of a circle, symbolizing the perfection of merit and success in studies. The logo adopts the combination of red, blue and yellow colors, presenting the traditional historical and cultural characteristics of the Tibetan region, in line with its local traditional colors. With a sense of mystery and legend.

The main part of the logo is yellow characters on a blue background, the font is in seal script, with the characteristics of Tibetan characters, the head of the Tibetan characters is like the image of two ancient ****, which represents the school's spirit of special hardship, special endurance, special fighting, special unity and special dedication. The word "big" is like a strong man, symbolizing the power and authority of Zang Da, and the school's mission of hard work, concerted efforts, reform and innovation.

The text inside the ring is the Tibetan name of the University, which conveys the cultural background of the school as well as its long history and cultural heritage, and thus also well expresses the University's specialties, such as Tibetan art, Tibetan language and literature.
