Yang Zhiguang, vice president of Guangzhou Painting Academy, director of Guangdong Branch of Artists Association, professor of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, won the Outstanding Achievement Award of Chinese Painting in new york International Cultural and Art Center in 199 13, and the second China Lifetime Achievement Award in 20 13.
