The Way of the Wanderer Passive

Born Toward the Dead: Yasso's chance of a bludgeon is doubled, but the damage of the bludgeon will be reduced by 10%.

Indomitable: Yasso will fill his special resource slot Sword Intent Value while moving. When filled it will trigger when he takes damage from heroes or wilds, providing him with a shield that absorbs damage, the value of which increases as Yasuo levels up, and the faster Yasuo moves, the faster the Sword Intent fills up.

Cutting Steel Flash Q

Strikes his sword forward, dealing 20/45/70/95/120 (+1) physical damage.

On hit, Chopping Steel Flash gains a layer of Whirlwind Slash for 6 seconds. After accumulating 2 levels of Cyclone Slash, Steel Flash creates a whirlwind that can send enemies flying.

Steel Flash is treated as a normal attack: it blasts, comes with an attack effect, and gains from attack speed for both its cooldown and casting time.

For the next 15 seconds, Yasuo enters the Jedi Rest state, where Yasuo gains a 50% armor penetration bonus - an effect that ignores the target's armor value from gear, gains, runes, and talents.

Usage Tips

Using it on your own

You can use an enemy minion as a springboard for stepping forward and chopping to hunt down an enemy that would have already fled, or you can just burst onto an opposing hero and use an enemy minion as a springboard for retreat.

At level 18, Yasuo's Chopping Steel Flash only needs 55% attack speed from equipment to reach the attack speed cap.

Gale Jedi Slash can be cast against any target that is knocked away, even if that knockback effect was caused by your friend.

Chop Steel Flash. You can dodge this move by leaning to the side as much as possible.

When Yasso's Chopping Steel Flash hits twice in a row, his next Chopping Steel Flash creates a whirlwind. Be prepared to dodge this move by watching his gain bar and keeping an ear out for related sound effects.

Yasuo is weakest after his whirlwind, so take advantage of this to force him to engage.

Yasso's unbreakable shield lasts only 2 seconds. Damage him to trigger the shield. Wait for the shield to disappear first, then engage.
