How to set MACD more effectively in actual combat?

Formula: DIFF=EMA (closing, 12)-EMA (closing, 26); DEA=EMA(DIFF，9):MACD=2*(DIFF-DEA)

First, investors need to calculate the 26-day and 12 moving averages to get DIFF, and then calculate the 9-day moving averages in DIFF to get DEA, 2*(DIFF-DEA) and macd.

As can be seen from the above, there are three required settings, namely 12, 26 and 9. Of course, different situations are analyzed and set according to your own situation, for reference only.

When modifying the default parameters, the short-term days must be 12. If it becomes larger, the sensitivity of macd to price will decrease and slow down, and cash fork and dead fork will also be affected and delayed. In the actual operation process, the changes of long-term days 26 and m need to be set according to their own real situation.

What is the Macd ternary?

Mainly DEA (micro-separation difference mean) and DIF (micro-separation difference) and BAR (column line).

Generally speaking, the white line represents DIF (differential value) and the yellow line represents DEA (average differential value).

Earlier, these two lines were called slow lines, and Macd only had these two lines, so judging the market was based on the separation and aggregation of curves. Later, with the increasing attention and wider use of macd, the BAR (column line) was introduced, which is what we call red and green column. The red and green columns represent the distance between the slow line and the fast line, which will not substantially affect the indicators, but only observe and use them.

It is necessary to judge the trend of stock trading money. What is the trend of macd indicators in the market? Is it consistent with the stock index and the retrograde direction? If individual stocks and the broader market show a downward trend, macd shows an upward trend, and the flowers of big bull stocks deviate for a long time. The first deviation is not the real bottom, and it may continue to fall. If the subsequent decline is fierce, macd will stop falling.
